The people working in the hotel are great, they are very friendly and helpful!
The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food.
Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center.

Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Adresse für eine schöne Auszeit. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet mit Frigo und TV. Verstellbare Kopfteile am Bett, was man immerwenifer antrifft. Dass man dem Tesla noch gratis tanken kann, ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Die Küche kann man nur loben. Die kalte Gurkensuppe und der Lachs sowie das hausgemachte Sauerteigbrot waren ein Highlight. Auch das Frühstück ist sorgfältig präsentiert und reichhaltig. Das Hotel ist auch Ausbildner und die Lernenden sind sehr motiviert. Das Personal ist durchgehend herzlich und dies verdient die volle Punktezahl.

Wir hatten Zimmer 305 für 9 Nächte mitte Juni. Das Personal : 5 von 5 Sterne. Alle sind sehr nett und machen einen guten Job. Zimmer : 2,5 von 5 Sternen. Wir hatten Nordseite da so weniger die Sonne reinscheint. Da es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gibt kann ich nur empfehlen ein Zimmer in Nordseite zu buchen. Es ist ein Ventilator vorhanden und trotzdem haben wir mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und deshalb kamen auch Mücken rein. Zimmerreinigung : 2 von 5 Sternen. Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Bei 9 Nächten wurde.... Nur 1 mal die Bettwäsche gewechselt was eigentlich jeden 3 Tag passieren sollte. 1 mal der Abfalleimer nicht geleert. 2 mal der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon nicht geleert. 1 mal kein Kaffee nachgefüllt. 1 mal den Duschteppich vergessen. Restaurant : 2,5 von 5 Sternen. Frühstück ist ok aber nichts aussergewöhnliches. Wir hatten 2 mal am Nachmittag was von der kleinen Karte. War gut und Preis/Leistung stimmte. Wir hatten 2 mal abends im Restaurant gegessen. Qualität war gut aber 6,50CHF für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser (1 Liter) finde ich doch übertrieben. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Spabereich : 4 von 5 Sternen. Sehr schöner Bereich. Das Wasser im Pool ist schön heiss. Leider nur ab 14h geöffnet. Ich persönlich wäre gerne mal früher hingegangen. Vielleicht könnte das Hotel ja mal eine Umfrage bei den Kunden starten wegen der Öffnungszeiten. Somit gebe ich dem Hotel insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen und Preis/Leistung für den gesamten Aufenthalt stimmte nicht.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa situation excentrée d’Interlaken loin du tumulte de la ville. Ce choix nous convenait parfaitement,nous étions au calme L’hôtel est bien agencé et le restaurant est de haut niveau Le service est impeccable ainsi que le confort de la chambre mais tout cela au niveau des prix suisses cad relativement cher. Encore un grand merci à Thorin pour sa gentillesse,son sourire et son professionnalisme C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons

Frühstück sehr fein, und grosse Auswahl.
Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet,WC plus Dusche war top und modern eingerichtet.
Leider war unser Zimmer auf die Strassenseite

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt: Das sehr freundliche Personal ist stets für einen da, vom Check-in bis zur Abreise, alles bestens. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gepflegt und sauber. Die Kaffee-/Tee-Station und der Kühlschrank sind ein großes Plus, ebenso der Balkon. Das Bett war ganz besonders bequem, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Excellent ist der Spa-Bereich. Alles sehr neu (div. Duschen, Außenpool, etc.), gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Auch hier war das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anreise mit dem Bus war unkompliziert.
